Join Our Nursery Team in Hackney!

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily care, learning, and development of children aged 0-5 years.
• Assist in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, play, and learning experiences.
• Support mealtimes, personal care routines, and outdoor activities.
• Always follow nursery policies and safeguarding procedures.
• Work collaboratively with nursery practitioners and management teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children in a nursery, preschool, school, or childcare setting is desirable.
• Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 Early Years) is advantageous but not essential.
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
