Education-Focused Speech & Language Therapist (Travel)

Compass Community Limited is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join our Education Team in Milton Keynes. You will shape and develop SLT provision across our schools, working with SENDCos, leaders, teachers and therapists to create communication-friendly, trauma-informed environments where every learner can participate and grow.

You will provide observation, coaching, and training to staff, helping reduce communication barriers and improve everyday learning experiences.
