Occupational Health Nurse Advisor| Immingham| FT| Onsite| Perm| Up to £45k DOE

At Latus,we believe the very best occupational health support is delivered by clinicians who have the time to build meaningful relationships, understand the realities of the workplace and provide truly person-centered care.

We’ve been appointed to deliver a dedicated onsite occupational health service for one of our key clients and are looking for an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to become the trusted face of that service.

Unlike traditional occupational health roles that involve managing high volumes of appointments across multiple clients, this position offers the opportunity to embed yourself within a single organisation. You’ll gain a deep understanding of its people, culture and operational environment, building credible, long-term relationships with employees, managers and senior leaders alike.

This is an opportunity to move beyond a transactional approach to occupational health. By supporting one client, you’ll see the real impact of your advice over time, contribute to a healthier workforce and support employees throughout their career journey, not just during individual assessments.

You’ll enjoy the autonomy and influence that comes with an onsite role while benefiting from the support, expertise and clinical governance of Latus’ experienced leadership team and one of the UK’s largest occupational health networks. Together, we’ll enable you to make a genuine difference where it matters most.
