Wye Valley NHS Trust is seeking a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse for Kington, Weobley and Staunton. The role is part-time (27.5 hours per week) with rotations across the Kington area, based at Kington Medical Practice.
You will be part of a dedicated district nursing team, providing planned and unplanned care in patients’ homes, with a focus on quality, compassion and teamwork. Registration with the NMC and community experience are required.
