Unicare Complex Care is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker in Reading for a 2:1, 24-hour support package. You will deliver daytime 2:1 assistance, waking nights, and community access, with a focus on personal care, emotional regulation, and behavioural support within PBS frameworks.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in care, experience with Autism or Learning Disabilities, and the ability to manage behaviours of concern.
