Ward Nurse Lead & Care Coordinator

The NHS University Hospitals of Liverpool Group is seeking an experienced nurse to lead the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care on the ward.

The postholder will work within a multidisciplinary team, supervise junior colleagues, coordinate shifts, ensure adherence to the NMC Code, and promote safe practice and governance across the Trust. Induction and mentorship duties for students may be included, with opportunities to contribute to audits and service improvements.
