Empowering Support Worker for Learning Disabled Adults

Hft is recruiting a Support Worker in Market Harborough to empower learning disabled adults to live life their way. You’ll support independence, promote health and wellbeing, and help people participate in activities across social and community life.

You’ll work with a warm, inclusive team, follow safeguarding practices, and maintain clear records. Experience is welcome but your values and attitude matter most; flexible evenings, weekends and sleep-in shifts may be required.
