Community District Nurse – Home Visits & Growth

WWL is recruiting a registered nurse to join the Wigan Central District Nursing team. The role includes delivering evidence-based care and visiting patients in their homes across the Trust, with progression opportunities through a robust preceptorship and competency framework.

Applicants should be willing to travel across the Trust, have access to a car with business insurance, and complete pre-employment checks including an enhanced DBS.
