Part-Time Community Nurse — Deliver Home Care & Impact

Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust (DCHS) in Swadlincote is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join the Community Nursing Team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role operates 24 hours per week across a 7-day pattern between 08:30 and 16:30.

You will deliver evidence-based care in patients’ homes, collaborate with GP practices, therapy teams and home visiting colleagues, and travel across wide geographical areas with a vehicle provided for business use.
