Deputy Home Manager: Lead Child Care Team & Safeguarding

Jupiter Recruitment in West Bromwich is seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to lead a residential care team supporting a young individual with complex needs. You’ll work days and nights, 36-48 hours weekly, and report to the Registered Manager while driving high standards of safeguarding, care planning and person-centered support.

The role requires an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care with relevant experience.
