Recovery-Focused Peer Support Specialist

Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust in Havant is seeking compassionate Peer Support Workers to join our Community Mental Health Team. The role draws on lived experience to support others on their recovery journey and to help build hope and resilience.

You will form trusting relationships, provide emotional and practical support, encourage independence, and help people access community resources and activities, working alongside clinicians in a supportive MDT.
