Residential Deputy Manager: Lead with Kindness in Care Home

Highgate Care is seeking a Residential Deputy Manager for The Lawns in Darlington. This full-time, permanent role includes weekend shifts and oversees resident care, staff supervision, and care planning in a person-centred setting.
