Acute Medical Nurse: Clinical Lead & Patient Care

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting Band 5 Staff Nurses to join the Acute Medical Unit at Wexham Park Hospital. You will provide compassionate, evidence-based care as part of a multidisciplinary team, with responsibilities including assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient care.

You will also mentor junior staff and nursing students, demonstrating strong communication, clinical knowledge and the ability to work independently when required.
