Residential Support Worker: Empower Independence

Hampshire County Council is recruiting a Support Worker (Residential Services Officer) for West Street, Havant. The role is permanent, 37 hours per week, based at West Street, Havant, with a salary in the range £28,697 – £31,573 per annum.

The post involves supporting adults with learning disabilities to develop independence in a warm, team-driven environment. Comprehensive induction and ongoing training are provided, with a focus on safety, dignity and person-centered care.
