Permanent Night Shift Leader, Senior Care Assistant

PSR Solutions is recruiting a Senior Care Assistant for a well-established nursing home in Carlisle. You will join a dedicated team delivering compassionate, person-centred care during 8pm–8am shifts, guiding colleagues and ensuring high standards stay in line with best practice.

We seek candidates with N/SVQ Level 3 (or working towards it), strong communication skills, and a proactive, caring approach. DBS/PVG check and right to work in the UK are required.
