Neuro Rehab Charge Nurse & Clinical Leader

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Sister/Charge Nurse for the OCE Neuro Rehabilitation Unit. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, support staff development, and ensure delivery of patient-centred care within a neuro-rehabilitation setting.

The role requires RN registration with the NMC, substantial senior nursing experience in neuro rehab, and strong leadership, governance, and budget-management skills.
