Deputy Manager, Complex Care & Behavioral Support

Pharmacyupdate is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to provide leadership within high-acuity care packages supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours. The role combines hands-on support with team leadership, risk and incident management.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in complex care settings, plus strong de-escalation and crisis management skills, and familiarity with PBS plans, DoLS and safeguarding.
