Therapeutic Residential Support Worker – Training Provided

Exeter City Council is recruiting a Therapeutic Support Worker to join a new children’s home in Exeter. You will provide emotional and mental support, promoting positive decisions and helping young people participate in education and activities. Full training is provided and a probation period applies.

The role focuses on resilience, role-modeling, and developing key life skills for children with trauma and complex emotional needs, with ongoing progression opportunities and a supportive team.
