Deputy Manager, Children’s Home: Lead Care & Team

Compass Community is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality, child-centred care in a residential setting. You will supervise shifts, lead staff meetings, and ensure placement plans are followed while safeguarding every child.

Ideal applicants are 22+, hold NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, have at least 2 years’ experience in residential childcare, and possess a valid manual driving licence.
