Extra Care Support Worker – Enable Independence

Radis Community Care is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join the Extra Care Scheme at Stanbridge House in Banbury. You will help residents aged 55+ maintain independence, supporting daily living activities and social engagement in a community setting.

Shifts run 7am–2pm and 2pm–10pm, with 37.5 hours per week. Sponsorship is not available for this role at present. Radis Community Care is an Equal Opportunities Employer and values every member of the community.
