Children’s Residential Care Supporter – Sleep-Ins

J&L Recruitment in Derby is looking for dedicated Support Workers to join a Children’s Residential Home. You will provide day-to-day care and support, help create a safe, nurturing environment, and work with colleagues to meet each young person’s emotional and developmental needs.

Sleep-ins are a part of the role and flexibility with shifts is essential. Experience with children helps, and a Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification is desirable or you can work towards it.
