Community Wellbeing Officer Level 2: Hybrid & Impact

The Lincoln North and Gainsborough Community Wellbeing Team at Lincolnshire County Council is hiring two Community Care Officer Level 2 roles. The posts are full-time (37 hours) and part-time (18.5 hours) with hybrid working, requiring travel across the county and occasional out-of-area visits.

You will undertake adult needs assessments and reviews, using a strength-based, person-centred approach to support independence.
