Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall is seeking a Homecare Team Leader to join the Support Worker Team. You will lead and support a team, coordinate with the Area Manager, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care in customers’ homes.
The role offers 37.5 hours per week (permanent) with full induction and ongoing expert training. Salary is £14.46–£14.66 per hour for weekdays and weekends, plus benefits including a pension and company car access.
