Programme Facilitator – Inclusive Community Support (35h)

The Rehab Group in Newport is recruiting a Programme Facilitator on a permanent contract for 35 hours a week. You will promote independent living and community integration by designing and delivering person-centred programmes and supporting service users to reach their goals.

Applicants require QQI Level 5 in Social Care (or equivalent), knowledge of New Directions and community based programmes, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
