Refuge Support Worker – Trauma-Informed Advocacy

Changing Lives in North Tyneside is seeking a Refuge Support Worker to help deliver the Domestic Abuse Service refuge and helpline. You will provide trauma-informed support to residents, helping them feel safe and supported as they rebuild their lives.

The role involves assisting with daily refuge operations, safety planning, risk assessment and admissions, and coordinating the 24-hour helpline for those affected by domestic abuse within the Integrated model.
