Engineering Apprentice: Mechatronics & HNC Path

Carlsberg Britvic offers a four-year Engineering Apprenticeship in Northampton/Rugby with college study and site-based training. You will start with Level 3 Mechatronics Maintenance Technician qualifications, then top-up to Level 4 HNC during Years 3 and 4, with Year 1 based at MGTS in Coventry.

You’ll study full-time in Year 1 and return to site‑based learning from Year 2, potentially living away for Year 1 and moving to shift patterns in Year 4 as you transition to a permanent engineering role.
