Dumper & Shovel Drivers Wanted – Weekly Pay
Location: Newhaven

The Best Connection Eastbourne is currently recruiting for experienced Dumper & Shovel Drivers to join a well-established client in the Newhaven area. If you’re looking for regular work, weekly pay, and the opportunity to work with a reputable company, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for:
- Operating a loading shovel safely and efficiently.
- Operating a dumper on site.
- Loading, transporting and tipping materials.
- Moving materials around site as required.
- Carrying out daily vehicle and machinery checks.
- Reporting any defects or safety concerns.
- Following all site health & safety procedures.
- Assisting with general site duties when required.
Please note: your role may not be limited to these tasks
What you’ll need & what you’ll get
Requirements:
- Valid Dumper ticket (CPCS, NPORS or equivalent).
- Valid Loading Shovel ticket (CPCS, NPORS or equivalent).
- Previous experience operating dumpers and loading shovels.
- Good understanding of site health & safety procedures.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous experience working on a busy site environment.
