Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Kingston Barnes are recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our client in the area!

You will be working for a renowned engineering company that is making a positive impact on the environment and local area.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for carrying out planned and unplanned maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient operation of the plant.
• Fault finding and diagnostics of machinery and equipment
• Lone working and working in a team
• Ensure maintenance targets and plans are achieved safely, economically and within the environmental limits of the plant.
• Assist with supervision of contractors, working alongside other functions as necessary.

Requirements

• Reactive Mechanical Maintenance
• Experience with hydraulics, conveyors, steam boilers, pumps etc.
• Mechanically qualified

Hours

• Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)

Ongoing work until end of January with an immediate start
