MWH Treatment is seeking graduates for the 2027 intake to start a Mechanical Engineering career within our Water & Wastewater projects. Join an established team and progress from guided activities to ownership of mechanical design work, supported by a GDP and mentors.

The three-year Graduate Development Programme provides structured learning, hands-on site experience, and opportunities for professional registration with IMechE, plus a mix of office and project-site work in a hybrid arrangement.
