Food Safety & Hygiene Lead – Bakery Operations

Bayne’s the Family Bakers in Lochore is seeking a Hygiene Training Specialist to lead cleaning, sanitation and hygiene improvement across our bakery operations. You will deliver training, develop Cleaning Instruction Cards and sanitation schedules, and support ongoing compliance with food safety standards.

The role requires experience in food hygiene, HACCP or COSHH, strong leadership and auditing skills, plus the ability to implement SOPs.
