Part-Time Scheme Support Officer — Housing & Independence

Codi is seeking two part-time Scheme Support Officers to work in our supported housing service in Carmarthenshire. The role involves delivering intensive person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, including histories of offending behaviour.

You’ll implement and review tailored support plans, maintain safety in the building, and work flexibly as part of a team to help clients transition to independent living.
