Talent Acquisition Lead – Hybrid Healthcare Recruitment

Ascenti is seeking two experienced Talent Acquisition Leads to join the Advo Health recruitment team in Fareham. The roles cover end-to-end recruitment, focusing on healthcare professionals for Functional Assessor roles, with one permanent position and one 12-month fixed-term maternity cover.

You will own vacancies, partner with hiring managers, craft engaging adverts and manage pipelines in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role includes 2–3 office days per week and home-working flexibility.
