Asset Management Assistant – Housing & Maintenance

Elderpark Housing Association is seeking an energetic Assistant Asset Officer to join the Asset Management Team in Glasgow. The role involves inspections, stock condition assessments, repairs and void support, and coordinating with contractors to ensure safety, compliance and high-quality homes.

You will work collaboratively to manage housing stock, gather data, and help drive improvements that deliver energy-efficient, safe and affordable homes across communities.
