HR Administrator (12-Month Contract) – Cardiff

Geldards LLP is seeking an HR Officer to join our Human Resources team in Cardiff on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and payroll coordination, while supporting employee relations and learning initiatives.

The role requires CIPD Level 3, strong confidentiality, and excellent organisation. Familiarity with HR systems and data protection is essential; experience in a professional services environment is a plus.
