You’ll be covering some key resource while our colleagues are managing an exciting HRIS project.
As a People Business Partner at Saga, you will be responsible for the delivery of the operational people agenda to ensure alignment to initiatives and policies.
Partnering the Leadership team in Insurance and working closely with various stakeholders to create a future‑focused people‑led culture, build capability and ensure the people plan supports our growth ambitions and improves the colleague experience.
You will analyse and leverage people data to enable the business to grow and transform.
Our Working Approach
At Saga, we embrace a hybrid work model—mainly working from Folkestone 2 to 3 days a week, with the weekly cadence of every Wednesday together.
Occasional travel to our London office may be expected.
