HR Executive: Talent & Onboarding Leader

Ark Recruitment is partnering with a respected veterinary business in Lympstone to appoint an experienced HR Executive. You will bridge the gap between high-level HR and day-to-day admin, support hiring, onboarding, performance and offboarding, and be the face of HR within the company.

You’ll work with a small HR team, manage recruitment from job descriptions to interviews, develop onboarding, handle early employee relations, and help strengthen the employer brand alongside Marketing.
