Talent and Resourcing Specialist

Are you an experienced Talent and Resourcing Specialist, looking to join at an exciting time of growth and be part of an organisation that makes a difference? This role will suit an individual who will be looking to shift from an agency role to an internal recruitment role, or an individual with previous in-house recruitment experience. What you’ll be doing:

• Working with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needs
• Supporting on recruitment needs of the business including placing adverts, screening applications, arranging interviews/assessment centres, and creating job descriptions
• Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Company Ambassador at job fairs/recruitment events
• Working with external providers to identify recruitment solutions
• Proactive sourcing of candidates and creation of talent pipeline
• Experienced in recruitment and talent management
• Ability to problem solve
• Handling volume recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced with a wide range of sourcing tools, such as Indeed, CV-Library, and LinkedIn
• Salary: £30,000 Per Annum
