HR Coordinator | Growth, ER & Strategy

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join the Leyland team supporting Waitrose. You will deliver timely, effective HR support to line managers, help manage employee relations, and contribute to shaping the HR strategy for the site.

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 with flexible start/finish times. A CIPD qualification or studying towards is preferred, along with strong employment law knowledge and excellent communication skills.
