You will record incidents, coordinate with engineers, and liaise with third parties to ensure equipment and systems run efficiently, enabling on-time stock delivery and SLA adherence.
Ideal candidates have ITIL certification, strong IT troubleshooting, and experience with WMS and CISCO networking.
