Building Control Specialist – Hybrid Work & Pension

Durham County Council is seeking a Building Control professional to join the team and deliver a high-quality Building Regulation service within a locality area. You will work with customers, developers and stakeholders, manage a varied caseload, and support statutory functions under the guidance of the Principal Building Control Officer.

The role requires a career-graded progression with qualifications including HNC/HND in a building-related subject and BSR registration (or progress toward it).
