Family & Parenting Specialist — Whole-Family Support

Early Break in Trafford is seeking a dedicated Family Worker to deliver practitioner support for parents with substance use needs and to help strengthen family outcomes within the Holding Families Plus model.

You will develop and implement parenting/family work in partnership with local authorities, contribute to monitoring and reporting, and work with researchers to evaluate impact while maintaining safeguarding standards.
