Howden is offering an 18-month apprenticeship within its Personal Lines Sales team. You’ll start with a structured induction, learn insurance basics, and gradually take on more responsibility. No prior insurance experience needed; you will be trained to build client relationships and support sales opportunities.

You’ll earn £23,000 per year with a generous pension, 22 days leave, and access to benefits while completing fully funded professional qualifications relevant to your role.
