The Role
As a Graduate Sales Executive, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across both new business development and account management. You’ll proactively contact potential customers to identify new opportunities while working with existing clients to strengthen relationships, understand their needs and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
This combination of winning new business and developing existing relationships will give you a well‑rounded introduction to B2B sales, helping you build confidence, commercial awareness and the communication skills needed to succeed.
No previous sales experience is required. You’ll receive comprehensive training to help you understand the industry, develop your sales techniques and build confidence when speaking with customers. As you gain experience and demonstrate your ability, there will be opportunities to progress into a more client‑facing position and continue developing your career.
