Retail Supervisor — Lead & Inspire High-Performing Team

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to lead the busy sales floor in our Stroud store. The role covers 22.5 hours per week on a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with a competitive hourly rate and a monthly bonus scheme.

You will coach a high-performing team, deliver a great customer experience and help drive store performance in line with brand values. You’ll be responsible for opening/closing, cash handling, supervising the selling ceremony, and personal sales.
