Front Desk Experience Concierge (Healthcare)

BrisDoc is seeking a Receptionist/Host to work at our out of hours bases at 168 medical in Weston Super Mare. You will provide a front of house reception service and promote high standards of patient experience within BrisDoc’s NHS treatment centres.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, answering internal calls, recording information accurately, and supporting clinical staff. The role requires professionalism and adherence to BrisDoc’s code of conduct and standards.
