Our client is a successful and growing manufacturer offering a friendly working environment, full-time hours and the opportunity to secure a permanent contract following 12 successful weeks.
What’s on Offer?
£13.00 per hour, increasing to £13.27 after 12 weeks
Weekly pay – every Friday
Monday to Friday – 6:00am to 2:00pm
No weekends or rotating shifts
Immediate starts available
Full-time, ongoing work
Temp-to-permanent opportunities after 12 weeks

What Will You Be Doing?
You will be working as part of a busy production team, helping to assemble high-quality products using basic hand tools and equipment.
Your duties will include:
Assembling products and components on a production line
Using basic hand tools and power tools
Fitting, securing and checking components
Carrying out basic quality checks
Preparing finished products for dispatch
Handling and moving products safely
Working towards daily production targets
Keeping your work area clean and organised
Please note: This is a hands‑on, physical role involving standing for long periods and some manual handling.
Who Are We Looking For?
We would love to hear from applicants who have previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, construction, warehousing or other hands‑on roles.
Experience using basic hand tools would be a real advantage.
Most importantly, we are looking for people who:
Are reliable, punctual and hardworking
Enjoy practical, hands‑on work
Are comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
Can reliably commute to the Ammanford area for a 6:00am start
Are looking for a long‑term opportunity rather than short‑term work
