999 Call Handler – Fast-Paced Emergency Dispatch

The Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust is offering an exciting opportunity to join the Clinical Contact Centre as a 999 Call Handler. You will input details quickly and accurately onto a computer system, with listening and keyboard skills essential.

Role includes working an alternating shift pattern of variable length, covering out of hours, bank holidays and weekends. Welsh language skills are desirable; applicants from Welsh and English speakers are welcome.
