Hybrid Individual, Groups and Meetings Reservation Agent -Full time
Please note below position is not a remote one. The ‘Hybrid’ element of the job title refers to working across two reservation teams.
About the Role:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable booking experiences? We’re looking for a Hybrid Individual, Groups & Meetings Reservation Agent to join our CustomerHubUK team. In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll manage enquiries across individual reservations, group bookings, meetings and events, guiding customers from initial enquiry through to confirmation. You’ll provide expert advice, create tailored solutions, build lasting customer relationships and help maximise conversion opportunities through a proactive sales approach. Working closely with hotels, revenue teams and account managers, you’ll ensure every booking is handled with accuracy, professionalism and attention to detail. No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and thrives on delivering outstanding service.
Working Hours
- 37.5 working hours per week, with an additional paid 30-minute break each day
- Rota across: Monday-Friday 8am to 6pm; Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm

- Confident communicators who enjoy building relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple enquiries and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, personable, and committed to creating positive first impressions.
- Comfortable working with systems, contracts, and administrative processes.
- Adaptable and comfortable working across individual reservations, groups, meetings and events.
Customer service experience, combined with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service, is essential. We also value a positive, can – do attitude and a willingness to learn.
