Group Finance Director – PE-Backed Construction Growth

Cedar in London seeks a Group Finance Director to lead the finance function as the group undergoes PE-backed expansion. You will own financial reporting, controls and strategic planning, driving robust FP&A and multi-entity governance across the group.

You will work closely with the board and investors to challenging assumptions, manage risk and support European growth initiatives while developing the finance team and ensuring scalable processes.
