Relais & Chateaux at Thornbury Castle is seeking a Kitchen Porter – Kitchen Assistant to join our hard-working and professional 5* Hotel Team. You will be working in a unique and beautifully restored Castle supporting the operation in the kitchen, creating memorable and impressive experiences for our guests.

The Castle has undergone a multi-million pound refurbishment program bringing back to life the regal grandeur of its past. Located 20 minutes' drive from Bristol, it offers 26 rooms and suites, an award-winning restaurant, bar and two unique meeting and conference spaces.

• Zero hours contract

• £12.71 per hour

n

• Will include evening and weekend shifts

n

• Use the industrial dishwashers to clean all crockery and chefs' utensils

n

• Clean the Kitchen Areas following full Food Safety and COSHH guidelines

n

• Basic preparation of vegetables under the supervision of senior chefs

n

• Follow Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures

n

• Support the team and help colleagues where needed

n
